How Does Billing Work With Wing Internet?

Our monthly billing operates on a 5th-of-the-month cycle. Upon subscription, you’ll be charged the full plan amount, and then on the 5th of the upcoming month, you will be charged a prorated amount only.

For example, if you signed up on September 25th, the payment would be for the entire cycle (which started on September 5th). Then on October 5th, our system would generate a new invoice that would include a proration credit based on the unused days from the September cycle covering the service period from October 5th to November 4th. This proration is calculated by considering the number of unused days from the first billing cycle (i.e., from September 5th to September 25th) and adjusting the next invoice accordingly, to get you on track with our billing cycle.

We believe this approach allows for a fair and accurate reflection of your usage, ensuring that you only pay for the services you’ve utilized in your first month and allowing you uninterrupted service for months to come on a fixed 5th-of-the-month cycle.

What Is The Refund Policy?

Once you receive your 5G ProSpeed Router, you’ll have up to 7 days to reach out to initiate a cancellation process.

We’ll get you a return label, which you can use to ship back the router. Once our warehouse teams received the hardware we’d do some checks to ensure it was returned in the same condition and with all the originally included attachments. As soon as that’s confirmed we will issue your refund!

Please be advised that additional fees that are included within the checkout are not eligible for a refund.

How Do I Set Up The Router?

You don’t have to!

Once you have received the 5G ProSpeed Router all you would need to do is plug it in for instant service!

We activate the device with our plans and test it at our warehouses before we ship it out - we do this so that you are able to quickly get connected without any hassle of an activation process.

For an optimal setup, all you’d need to do is make sure it’s plugged in near a window!

What Is The Device Return Policy? And How Does That Work With A Refund?

Wing offers refunds on your Internet plan purchase within the first 7 calendar days of your router being delivered to your shipping address. Wing’s 5G ProSpeed routers are not subject to the refund policy as they are not charged upon checkout.

The router must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of you initially receiving it. In the event, you do not return the router within that timeframe OR it is damaged, a device fee will be charged. Please see our full return policy for more information. If the router is determined by our warehouse inspection team to be damaged or is missing parts, you will not be eligible for a refund.

There will be no refunds if you request cancellation of your Wing Internet plan outside of the first 7 calendar days of receiving your device in the mail. If you’d like to cancel prior to the start of a new billing cycle and avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 5 business days prior to your new cycle start date.

Do I Own The Router?

When you subscribe to Wing Internet services, you will be renting/leasing the device(s). The monthly rental/lease rate, along with your selected Wing Internet Plan, will be included in your bill. Please note that rental/lease rates may be subject to applicable taxes. All rental/lease payments are due along with payments for your selected Monthly Data Plan.

If you decide to cancel your service, we kindly ask that you return the 5G ProSpeed Router to Wing Internet within 7 days of cancellation. This will ensure a smooth transition for both parties.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We're confident that you'll love our Wing Internet service and the freedom it provides. Our friendly team is available to assist you with any questions you may have.

Please be aware that if the Wing 5G ProSpeed Router is not returned within 7 days of canceling your plan, a device recovery fee of $200 will be charged. We want to avoid any inconvenience, so we kindly request your prompt action.

What Is The Device Rental Fee?

The Device Rental Fee is $10 a month and will be included in your monthly invoice!

The rental/lease fee refers to the monthly charge for the usage of the rented/leased device(s) as outlined in our terms of service. This fee is in addition to your chosen monthly data plan and may include applicable taxes. The quoted rental/lease rate at the time of purchase is payable alongside your data plan fee each month. Please note that rental/lease rates are subject to change with prior notice.

In case of cancellation, termination of service, or if you decide to end the rental/lease agreement, you are required to return the rented/leased device(s). Additionally, there might be a device recovery fee, as specified in subsection (f) of the provided terms of service. We aim to provide transparent and customer-centric pricing, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
